GoNow provides a number of services as outlined below:

Description of Goods:

1. GoNow provides an online service to bring together aircraft charter providers and aircraft charter buyers. GoNow does not own or operate aircraft for public charter. The GoNow website allows online users to contact charter providers and book/pay for charter services provided by the charter operator.
2. GoNow provides access to a Job Vacancy database. The contact details of subscribers to the database are provided for a fee.
3. GoNow provides free of charge access to an Aviation Guide providing information on aircraft, airports and aircraft operators.
4. GoNow provides links to external websites that provide travel services such as Scheduled Air Transport, Vehicle Hire and Hotel Accommodation.

Transaction currency

GoNow uses a number of aircraft charter operators in different States. The transaction currency is therefore clearly stated using the ISO 4217 Currency Code Standard. At this time GoNow only processes transactions in United States Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR).

Export restrictions as applicable

GoNow provides services and processes transactions via its website only. GoNow does therefore not export any goods outside of the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery policy

GoNow delivers its services online only. Any Air Transport services are delivered as per the Terms & Conditions of the air charter operator and in accordance with the laws of the State in which that operator is registered.

Country of Merchant Domicile

GoNow is a registered company domiciled in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Import tariffs and/ or regulations

GoNow provides services and processes transactions via its website only. GoNow does therefore not import any goods into the United Arab Emirates.
